A real raffia palm straw hat, made from a double layer of raffia fabric. This hat is an excellent sun block, and is able to be folded flat to pack in a suitcase. (When unpacked, it may have a few wrinkles which may be gently ironed or steamed out. The hat has a pattern of wide stripes; because each is hand made, the flat top of the hat may have color or be natural, depending how the folds fell when sewing it. The brim is 5” wide which is not the most wide we have, but is wide enough to provide excellent sun block. The brim is soft wand flexible, so it can be twisted to stay up or down or part up and part down. Inside the hat is an adjustable sweat band. Please measure your head with a tape or string and let us know how many inches around your head is. We will make sure to send you a hat that fits you properly. We have many sizes.
